We do not collect, store, log, or view any biological data, sequences, BAM / SAM alignment summaries, or files you input into our calculators. All file parsing occurs locally in your memory blocks via WebAssembly / JavaScript.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We use browser localStorage strictly to remember your preferred visual theme choice (dark or light mode). No tracking or advertising cookies are utilized.
4. Server Logs
Standard web server logs may record standard technical metadata (such as IP addresses and user agents) strictly for security auditing and operational stability, following guidelines specified in our security.txt.
